About Wellcaza Foundation: Our Mission & Vision

ABOUT US

Our story began in 1985 with a humble yet ambitious venture called Ashrafi Book Centre. What started as a small bookstore soon evolved into something much bigger. In the very same year, we expanded into a modern printing facility equipped with mechanized printing units, marking the beginning of a dynamic entrepreneurial journey.

At Wellcaza, our journey is built on decades of passion, perseverance, and commitment to serving communities through education, healthcare, and innovation.

In 1990, we took our first major step into retail by launching Tirurangadi Bookstall. With growing trust and community support, the organization continued to evolve, eventually rebranding as Edumart in 2008 — a name that reflected our vision of making education more accessible, engaging, and impactful. WINSCH BURG PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in 2021. The company is associated with educational retail and stationery businesses. Skoolmart is promoted as India’s first and largest educational hypermarket, started in 2022, with stores in locations including Kakkanad, Calicut, Tirur, Bangalore, and KSA. The brand focuses on school supplies, stationery, books, bags, uniforms, educational products, and complete student essentials for schools, colleges, and institutions.

Over the years, our passion for growth led to the expansion of multiple ventures and branches across different sectors. With a deep commitment to improving lives beyond education, we entered the healthcare industry through the establishment of Wellcaza Hospital Private Limited in Ernakulam, creating a new chapter focused on wellness, healing, and compassionate care, including essential services like assisted living and dementia care for our senior citizens.

2022 – Started as a diagnostic laboratory at Karukappally, Kaloor

2023 – WELLCAZA MEDICITY

WELLCAZA MEDICITY is the healthcare and medical service division of the WELLCAZA GROUP, established in 2023 with a mission to provide accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services. Located in Kochi, Kerala, WELLCAZA MEDICITY focuses on patient-centered care through modern medical facilities, diagnostic services,pharmacy, geriatric care, palliative care, home healthcare, and preventive health services.

2024 – WELLCAZA PHARMACY

WELLCAZA PHARMACY is the pharmaceutical and healthcare retail division of the WELLCAZA GROUP, established in 2024 to provide accessible, reliable, and quality healthcare products and medicines to the community. The pharmacy focuses on delivering trusted pharmaceutical services, prescription medicines, surgical items, wellness products, and healthcare essentials with professional care and customer support.

2024 - WELLCAZA FOUNDATION

WELLCAZA FOUNDATION is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social welfare initiative of the WELLCAZA GROUP, officially registered in 2024 with a mission to support community development, healthcare accessibility, education, and social empowerment.

2025 – WELLCAZA SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES

WELLCAZA SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES is a premier healthcare education institution under the WELLCAZA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, dedicated to developing skilled, ethical, and industry-ready healthcare professionals. Based in Kochi, Kerala, the institution offers career-oriented programmes in allied health sciences, hospital administration, and skill-based healthcare education with strong practical and clinical exposure.

2025 – AYURCAZA

AYURCAZA is the Ayurvedic wellness and herbal product brand of the Wellcaza Group, launched in 2025 with a vision to bring traditional Ayurveda and natural healing into modern healthcare and daily wellness. Inspired by India’s rich Ayurvedic heritage, AYURCAZA focuses on providing high-quality herbal, wellness, and preventive healthcare products that promote holistic health, immunity, and healthy living.

2026 – WELLCAZA BANGALORE

WELLCAZA BANGALORE is the corporate and academic extension office of the WELLCAZA GROUP located in Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Strategically established in India’s leading startup and educational hub, the office supports the group’s operations in healthcare education, business development, student support, collaborations, and corporate administration.

2026 – WELLCAZA GERIATRIC MEDICARE

WELLCAZA GERIATRIC MEDICARE is the senior care and elderly wellness division of the WELLCAZA GROUP, dedicated to providing compassionate, professional, and holistic care for senior citizens. Based in Kochi, Kerala, the center specializes in geriatric care, assisted living, dementia care, palliative care, post-hospitalization support, and long-term elderly care services.

2026 - WCS

WCS (Wellcaza Consultancy Services) is the consultancy and business support division of the WELLCAZA GROUP, providing professional solutions in education, healthcare, business development, training, and institutional management. WCS focuses on supporting students, healthcare organizations, startups, and institutions through expert guidance, admissions support, project consultation, skill development, and operational assistance.

2026 - SOFTCAZA

SOFTCAZA is the tissue paper and hygiene products brand of the WELLCAZA GROUP, focused on delivering high-quality, soft, hygienic, and eco-friendly paper products for homes, hospitals, hotels, offices, and commercial use. The brand is committed to maintaining superior standards in comfort, cleanliness, and everyday hygiene through reliable and affordable tissue solutions.
